Awarded 5★ back in 2019, Corner4 is a self-catered chalet designed, built and hosted by Sam and Jonathan Gotzheim. Tucked into the peaceful outskirts of Morzine, in the heart of the Portes du Soleil, it’s a place where comfort meets style and every stay feels like home.
Sleeping 8–10 guests across four ensuite bedrooms, the chalet offers spectacular mountain views, a private terrace, outdoor jacuzzi, and open-plan living spaces made for sharing good times. Whether you’re skiing, hiking, or simply unwinding, Corner4 promises space, privacy, and the kind of welcome that keeps guests coming back year after year.
Here’s what to expect:
Room 1 – Family Room
Sleeps up to 4 guests (ideal for 2 adults + 2 children).
Beds can be arranged as a Super King or Twins, with an additional bunk bed for children under 12.
Decorated in ochre and grey with tweed furnishings, this bright, fresh room is both cosy and spacious.
Includes a private ensuite bathroom and underfloor heating to keep things perfectly toasty.
Room 2
Sleeps 2 guests with beds configurable as a Super King or Twins.
Features an ensuite shower room and plum and mink tones with checked fabrics for a rich, welcoming feel.
An interconnecting door to Room 3 makes this a great setup for families or friends travelling together.
Room 3
Sleeps 2 guests with beds configurable as a Super King or Twins.
Features an ensuite shower room and is decorated in teal and taupe, complemented by soft tweed touches.
Connects directly to Room 2, perfect for parents and children or groups wanting adjoining rooms.
Room 4
Sleeps 2 guests, with beds configurable as a Super King or Twins.
Includes an ensuite shower room and is styled in deep oranges and fawn, creating a warm Alpine atmosphere.

Our oak-framed chalet combines traditional Alpine craftsmanship with modern design. Inside, you’ll find high-spec furnishings, elegant décor, and thoughtful details throughout.
Large open-plan living area leading to a well equiped large kitchen, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen stable door opens onto a small garden, terrace with outdoor jacuzzi to soak up those evening mountain views.
Comfort for everyone
The 3 lounge sofas comfortably seat everyone, all able to enjoy the panoramic views in front of them along with the wonderful log burner, ensuring everyone gets to thaw out before tomorrow.
Kitchen
If its a large country kitchen you’re hoping to find, then you’re in luck. The heart of Corner4 is its spacious kitchen - fully equipped with everything you need to cook, dine, and entertain in comfort, every detail has been thoughtfully chosen. Whether you’re preparing a hearty mountain breakfast or a relaxed evening meal with friends, this kitchen makes self-catering a pleasure. A generous workspace, so there’s room for everyone to get involved, whilst still enjoying our beautiful mountain views from every aspect.

And if you’ve still energy in the tank after a full on day on the mountain, our dedicated games room is the perfect space to unwind after a day on the slopes. Whether it’s a family movie night on the home cinema screen, a friendly match of table tennis, or a competitive round of table football, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Designed for both kids and grown-ups, it’s a warm, relaxed space that keeps the fun going long after the lifts have closed.
Location is our gem
Corner4 is best enjoyed with your own transport. The chalet sits in a peaceful location just outside Morzine, surrounded by breathtaking views — but as it’s not on a bus route, a car is essential for reaching the ski lifts, shops, and restaurants (around a six-minute drive away).
Having your own vehicle also gives you the freedom to explore the wider Portes du Soleil region at your own pace, from Morzine and Les Gets to Avoriaz and beyond.
There is ample private parking directly outside the chalet for up to three vehicles. In the winter months, we recommend that all guests come prepared with winter tyres and snow chains, as local conditions can change quickly. We’re happy to help with local advice on routes, parking, or travel tips to make your arrival smooth and stress-free.
Seasons & Stays
Corner4 is available year-round on a self-catered basis.
We offer flexible bookings in both winter and summer – from full-week stays to short breaks or mid-week arrivals, depending on your plans.
The chalet is usually offered on a sole-occupancy basis, ensuring you have the space entirely to yourselves. However, we try to flexible, so smaller groups are always welcome to get in touch with their ideas.
