The chalet
Designed for families and groups, this beautiful oak framed chalet sits on the outskirts of the popular ski village of Morzine, within the world class ski region of Portes du Soleil. Created by owners Jono and Sam, who conveniently live next door, this beautiful Alpine home provides spacious and stylish living, offering the highest levels of comfort. An impressive exterior includes a garden complete with an outdoor lounge area and a fabulous hot tub for those warming bubbles after a long day on the slopes. Views are simply magnificent, overlooking snow capped mountains in the winter and rolling green slopes in the summer. Inside the chalet, attention to detail is clear at every turn, with high spec furnishings and décor. Spend time with the family in the open plan lounge, diner and kitchen, which open out onto the garden and give way to spectacular mountain views from the panoramic windows. A games room is on hand to keep everyone entertained, with a home cinema, table tennis and table football to enjoy. As for the bedrooms, these beautifully presented rooms offer elegance and comfort. A large family room comes complete with a super king size bed and bunk beds whilst super king sized bedrooms two and three share an interlinking door, making them ideal for families with children. The fourth bedroom is also a super king size bed and every bedroom boasts its very own private ensuite bathroom.
During both Winter & Summer Seasons we offer the property on a Self catered basis. The chalet sleeps 8-10 guests over 4 bedrooms with spacious living areas for everyone to enjoy. Through these winter months we also offer flexible Self Catering Weeks and Short Breaks with the possibility of mid week arrivals to suit you.
The chalet tends to be offered on sole occupancy basis, so you will just be sharing with your chosen guests. We find that this is the preferred option for our clients, but should you have a smaller group wishing to visit us, then please do by all means send us your idea as we are pretty flexible in accommodating most scenarios.
Our family live adjoined to the chalet in our private home. We will gladly meet you upon arrival and are there during your stay should you have any queries or questions… We are entirely respectful of your privacy throughout your stay although our paths may cross as we are snow clearing the driveway. We are an Independent, Owner Run Chalet, always happy to help, and are on hand for any queries during your stay.

Sleeps 4 guests (ideally 2 adults, 2 children)
Beds can be configured as a Super King or Twin with an additional Bunk Bed designed for children Under12.
With underfloor heating throughout the property, the hard floors are toasty warm, and with co-ordinating soft furnishings throughout, the bedrooms, they are cosy yet spacious. This Family room comes with an ensuite Bathroom.
Decorated in Ochre and Grey with tweed furnishings, this room is great for a family of 4 and has a lovely fresh feel about it.
Room 2
Sleeps 2 guests - With beds that can be configured as a Super King bed or Twins, and offers an ensuite shower room
Decorated in Plum and Mink, with checked fabric furnishings.
An interlinking door to Room 3 also makes this a great solution for families
